Necar Zadegan is an German actress born on the 20th of July 1982. She was born in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. She has German citizenship, and then later gained American status. Necar gained fame for her performance after winning the role of first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 television action-movie. Necar also works as professional model.
