Charissa Thompson, born May 4, 1982, in Seattle Washington United States is one of America's most famous and richest Sportscasters. ESPN analyst was appointed in 2012 to host SportsNation. She was also co-host of the ABC series Splash together with Joey Lawrence. Thompson was born in Seattle Washington. She was the youngest of three children, and she was aware of her desire to become a broadcaster at the age of three. She attended Inglemoor High School at Kenmore Washington. Thompson relocated to California to attend a California community college. She later went to University of California Santa Barbara and earned a bachelor of arts. Thompson received her bachelor's degree from the university of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor's diploma from the department of Law and Society. Thompson stated that although Sports Illustrated stated she attended UC Santa Barbara before transferring from UC Santa Barbara to a California Community College, she wasn't studying in Washington State.
